Apple Cinnamon overnight oats

The great thing about this recipe is that if you are time poor you can make a batch up to keep you going for the week! All you need to do is double the batch!


Serves 2


1 Granny smith apple, cut into quaters
¼ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup almonds
4 medjool dates
1 cup oats
2 scoops  ISO+ Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1.5 cup of Coconut Water
½ tsp cinnamon


In a food processer add the apple, dates, coconut and almonds and pulse a few times to break it up into small chunks, you don’t want to over-process. large bowl & add all other ingredients, mix and place in the fridge to set over night.


Next day spoon the oats into bowl or mason jar if taking it to go. Top with a choice of fruit, nuts and seeds or yoghurt! Enjoy!
