Oh-So Good Chocolate Bliss Balls

These little chocolate bliss balls should be a staple in any fridge. Full of wholesome nutritional goodness; these  balls of heaven are completely guilt free, filling your body with yumminess. Many love a sweet treat, so always a good idea to have healthy food readily available so you don’t opt for something processed when you get caught out.

All you need for these is 10 minutes of your time and a high-speed food processor or blender. These gluten free, refined sugar free babies are raw – meaning no cooking is required… so easy!


Makes 16 Balls


1 cup walnuts (100 grams)
1 cup raw almonds (80 grams)
1/4 cup raw cacao (20 grams)
12 dates, seeds removed (180 grams)
tablespoon maple syrup (30 grams)
teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp water
3 scoops ISO+ Chocolate



1. Place almonds n& walnuts into a food processor and pulse for a few seconds until they are chopped finely
2. Add the dates, vanilla, cacao and salt into the bowl and blend at speed 10 for 15 seconds, until you see the mixture coming together. Add some water if needed.
3. Press and shape the mixture into balls.
4. Place the balls in the fridge to set.

TIP: You can roll the balls in desicated coconut, or crush nuts or cacao powder.
