You won’t believe how easy the recipe is to make, and how delicious it tastes! Don’t let the cottage cheese scare you away… it tastes just like rich cream cheese without the fat and calories! Enjoy this rich luscious as a dessert or tasty snack.



1/2 cup Low fat cottage cheese or low fat cottage cheese

1 ¾ scoop ISO+ Chocolate

1 tbs raw cocoa powder

1 tbsp of organic maple syrup



Place everything in a food processor and blend/mix for about 2-3 minutes, or until cottage cheese reaches is creamy.

Serve immediately, or chill in the fridge in a covered container!

NOTE: you can exchange the cottage cheese with ricotta cheese
