Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl
These salted caramel smoothie bowls taste absolutely heavenly! They only take a couple of minutes to prepare and a great for fueling you for your busy day ahead!
Traditional salted caramel is usually loaded with sugar and has zero nutritional value, so this recipe is refined sugar free and and full of ingredients that your body and gut will love!
5 pitted medjool dates
¼ cup almond milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp maca powder
6 chopped and frozen bananas
1 sccop ISO+ Vanilla
1 tbsp almond butter
- Add dates to a food processor or blender and process until they form a sticky paste.
- Then add the other ingredients to the blender and combine until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon into two bowls and enjoy immediately. Top with rawnola, chocolate, banana, nuts and coconut chips.
