Super Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 cup organic mixed frozen berries
1 small ripe banana (sliced and frozen)
1 scoop ISO+ Super Fruit
2-3 Tbsp coconut milk (plus more as needed)

Toppings

1 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut (desiccated)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
Buckwheat Granola (optional)
Fruit (optional)

Method

1. Add frozen berries and a bit of coconut milk and ISO+ powder and blend, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches smooth and thick consistency.
2. Pour into your favourite coconut bowl and top with your favourite toasted granola, nuts and seeds mix and fresh fruit of choice.
